At Beach Transportation, we genuinely love what we do, and we hope that shines through in every ride. Our drivers and school bus attendants make a lasting impact on those we serve—whether it’s a daily school route, a fun field trip, or transportation for weddings and special events. We are always touched by the thank-you cards, letters, and kind words we’ve received over the years. Your thoughtful messages mean the world to us. Whenever a letter or card comes in, we proudly share it with our team—and now, we’d like to share some of them with you too. 💛
Below are just a few of the most recent messages we’ve received from the wonderful people we serve.
MCPS Superintendent
We received a very sincere email from the Superintendent over at Missoula County Public Schools.
“To the Beach Transportation Employees,
Whether your job is to drive a school bus or to support those who drive the buses, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Showing up reliably, navigating the roads and road conditions, getting our students to school and home safely, taking long road trips for our activities and shuttling our students around town doesn’t go unnoticed. For those of you who work behind the scenes to make sure those buses start on the cold Montana mornings or help to locate lost students or work with the parents to make sure they know their routes, your efforts are equally important. I’m not your boss or supervisor, but I am someone who recognizes your dedication and how that makes a difference in our community and I am beyond grateful for everything you do. Thank you for all of it. Our spring break is just around the corner and it is my sincere hope that you too have an opportunity to relax, spend time with friends and family, and hopefully enjoy some nice spring weather.
I know that driving the bus isn’t always easy. Kids can be challenging sometimes and that creates stress. Thanks for showing up everyday, even when it can be hard. You’re often the first person and the last person that a student has contact with and you make an impression when you can connect with a child.”
With sincere respect and admiration,
Micah Hill

Safe Kids Missoula (Community Health Alliance)
On October 11th 2024, Beach received a letter from our community partners. Every year, we join them in their Safe Kids Fair event.

The letter reads: “Thank you for your participation in our 2024 Safe Kids Fair. Your support has once again made it possible for us to continue this vital community event providing crucial health and safety information for western Montana families. The event welcomed over 300 people, meaning 300 people are now better informed and equipped with safety information to protect their children from the leading cause of death- preventable injury. Your contribution to this event not only impacts these families but also strengthens the health and safety of our entire community. In the last year, our Coalition engaged 1,000+ individuals and community safety experts from more than 30 organizations in year-round activities including car seat checkups, educational sessions, Home Safety Kit distribution, and outreach. This collective effort continues to make a meaningful difference, helping to reduce childhood injury and death rates. We appreciate your ongoing participation at the fair!”
Thank you for the letter and for your support!
