Meet the Team

Greg D Beach- Chief Executive Officer

Greg joined the family business in 1979, and represents the third generation to be involved in the family transportation business.
He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration and his areas of responsibility's include budgeting, accounting, and contract management. Greg has been involved with several community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and The Boy Scouts of America. He has also served as president of the Montana School Transportation Association.

Scott R Beach- Chief Operational Officer

Scott joined our firm in 1979. Before becoming the Chief Operational Officer for Beach Transportation, Scott served as the Vice President in charge of operations. Scott attended the University of Montana, College of Technology and has worked in the transportation business for more than 40 years. Currently, he works directly with the General Manager and the CEO to insure that all aspects of business are covered. Scott also served as the secretary / treasurer and board member for the Montana Transportation Association and stays active supporting youth sports and other community programs.

Carlin Cavill- General Manager

Carlin is a native Montanan and began working at Beach Transportation in 1990 as a mechanic after completing four years in the Coast Guard as a machinist. In 1992, he was promoted to foreman of the maintenance shop and remained in that position until 1997 when he left to pursue other interests. In 1999, he returned to Beach Transportation in the capacity of Director of Maintenance until he was promoted to General Manager in July of 2023.

Josh Spaid- Dispatcher

Josh is a third generation Missoulian and a 1999 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart High School. He came to work for Beach Transportation as a school bus driver in 2000 while attending the University of Montana, College of Technology. He graduated in 2001 with a degree in Microcomputing Technology. While working with the company Josh met and later married his wife Katie, who at the time was also driving school bus for the company. While at Beach Transportation Josh has continued his education by completing School Bus Management Courses at Central Washington University in Ellensburg Washington.

Tracie Hoffman- Safety Director/Driver Trainer

Tracie’s responsibilities include supervising driver and passenger safety, managing driver evaluation, administering Beach Transportation's drug and alcohol testing program and training drivers and other personnel. She also maintains employee records and driver logbooks. Starting as an attendant in 1996, Tracie soon became a school bus and motor coach driver. Tracie volunteers with the Boy Scouts and loves spending time in the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children & grandchildren.

Becky Pamin- Secretary/Receptionist

Becky began a new career with Beach Transportation July of 2010. Becky is responsible for checking in drivers, managing driver travel expenses, and accounts receivable, as well as many other duties that may come her way. When Becky is not in the office she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Anne Buck- Special Needs Coordinator / Assistant Dispatcher

Anne joined Beach Transportation in July of 2010. Her duties include designing and implementing the routes and coordinating special needs drivers and attendants. She also handles marketing, accounts payable, computer maintenance, and any other projects that come her way. She is a business graduate from the University of Montana, and a fourth generation Montanan. When she's not working she enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her family.

Wayne Wade- Driver Recruiter/ Student Management

Wayne is a fourth generation Montanan and 1980 graduate of Hellgate High School. He came to work for Beach Transportation in 2005 as a school bus driver and later became a Motor Coach driver as well.
Wayne joined the team in October of 2016 as the Driver Recruiter. His duties include recruiting, training and retention of drivers. When not at work, he loves to attend sporting events and Officiates Baseball, Softball and Football at the youth and High School level. He enjoys spending time with his wife Veta, and his extended family.

Shawnae Stanton-Clerical Administrator

Shawnae joined Beach Transportation in 2022 as a driver and then started her new role in July 2023. Her duties include: accounts payable, marketing, events, social media, assisting CDL driver training, and helping out with recruitment efforts. Shawnae spent some time in Oregon where she worked in the outdoor recreation industry before coming back home to Missoula. When not working, you can find her running at local and out-of-state races, buying more books than needed, enjoying Thai food, always in the mood for fall & winter, and spending time with her dog Ren.
